В частности, при формировании налоговой базы учитывается оплата коммунальных услуг, питания, отдыха, обучения работника в его интересах, а также страховых взносов по договорам добровольного страхования. Таким образом, материальная выгода от экономии на процентах за пользование заемными средствами не включается в налоговую базу по ЕСН. А следовательно, и в налоговую базу по страховым взносам на обязательное пенсионное страхование.
